Using this Website

Each team in the league will have its own team page on this website. This is accessible by using the "Divisions & Teams" tab, clicking on a division name (ie House Minor) and then selecting the team.  Coaches and team managers are responsible for keeping their teams website up to date - some teams will use this more than others - the League highly encourages teams to use their website for team communication..  League and division scheduling of events appears on each teams calendars, including game schedules. Coaches and team managers may enter other team events onto their teams calendar. Coaches may reserve practice time through their convenors, please add it to your team calendar. Each teams calendar may be  "linked"/subscribed to, so that you may see this calendar in your own "family" calendar (for example if you use a family google or iPhone calendar).  To do this, go to your teams calendar and in the upper right appears a "download to iCal"  icon, right click on this and copy the resulting link into an email or calendar application.

 

The KBA website system will generate emails to update schedules, rainouts, and other pertinent information about the season. Be updated FAST for those items that affect your child's games.

IT IS VERY IMPORTANT EVERYONE HAS A GOOD EMAIL ADDRESS IN THE SYSTEM. Even coaches will be able to utilize the system to reach out to parents about team information.

If you recall, all registrants had to create a proflle to complete registration. Whomever completed this profile, can invite additional family members to be linked to their kids in the system.

To do this, just login with the profile of whoever completed registration, then click on the blue box with your name in it at the top of the page. Click on 'edit my profile". On the left side of the new page are several buttons, one of them is 'my info', if you click on this you should see your own information as well as related family members. You may add additional 'email id's by going to 'notification preferences'. Add your work id, or grandma and grampa or other interested parties.....you own the ability to keep this up to date.

NOTE: Some of you may have already created two profiles separately (i.e. Mom created profile to register kids, and dad created profile to register as a coach) We can link the profiles in the back end so let us know the usernames and we can take care of that for you.

If you happen to have 2 separate 'profiles' for some reason, we can merge them into one for you, just let us know the details.
