Senior Canadian World Series Tournament coming to Kanata July 21-28, 2016
Updated Monday August 22, 2016 by Kanata Baseball Association.UPDATE 16July2016. The ATLANTIC team will not be attending the tournament. This causes us to have to re-draft schedules, which is work in progress. Tentative plan is each team will now play 1 game per day, same 5 day round robin format Thursday to Monday. Games will all be at Upper Kinsman, at 12pm, 3pm and 6pm each day (except for first day when late game will be 7pm)

The tournament will involve 7 teams from across Canada, 6 of which will be winners of their respective 'divisional/provincial' tournaments generally being played July10-17:
Round Robin play will take place starting Thursday July 21 though Monday July 25. During this phase of play each team will play each other team once. At the end of the round robin, the top 4 teams will progress to the Semi Finals played Tuesday July 26, and the winners of those games proceed to the Final being played on Wednesday July 27. (in event of weather issues there is a useable 'rain day' on Thursday July 28)

ONTARIO: Ottawa West Twins who won the Ontario Provincial title over the Carleton Russell Aces on July 14. Also participating in the tournament was Westport (Thunder Bay) Internationals
BC: District 3 Fraser Valley Warriors (Whalley, Langley, Coquitlam Little Leagues)
SASKATCHEWAN: Team Saskatchewan
ATLANTIC: will not attend, could not field a team.
ALBERTA: District 2 Confederation Park Cubs
QUEBEC: District 3 Sentinelles de CBB
